This role will provide Torc’s message to the world. This individual will be charged with creating Torc’s marketing strategy with input from key stakeholders. Execution of the marketing strategy will include working with our public relations and design teams to ensure Torc’s message of “saving lives” is clearly being communicated and heard by the market. Showcasing Torc’s products (both hardware and software) will be key and creating and running successful marketing campaigns are at the heart of the position. Responsibilities: 
  • Basic knowledge of Torc’s portfolio of products
    • Build base of marketing documentation as necessary
  • Work with our engineering teams to highlight our products and brand
  • Provide regular reporting
    • Financial
    • Projections
  • Plan for and attend trade-shows/demos to showcase Torc products
  • Create and own lead lists
  • Create content for, and actively manage Torc social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram 
  • Develop marketing materials to aid in branding and recruiting initiatives  
  • Assist with video creation and editing 
  • Conduct market research 
  • Own Product Launches while working with our Product Manager
  • Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
  • Manage the marketing team
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget
  • Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Work with our PR firm regarding brand management and corporate identity
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
  • Competence as a creative writer
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in marketing, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar.
